please slow that up and teach it
@vgze McCartney also played the guitar leads at the beginning of Sgt. Peppers. Grab a copy of “Revolution in the Head” by Ian McDonald it tells which Beatles played what on every song. There are even songs that Lennon plays bass!!!
Mateus thanks for posting!!! You are a worthy follow up to George Harrison. If Clapton ever does another Harrison tribute, he should pick you for Georges ‘riffs’ and ‘phrases’!!!
Oh yeah! He played bass and the guitar solo! It´s true!
What? Paul didn’t played the guitar solo in Taxman. He played bass .-.
just excellent!
Wow! Mateus, I never realised just how good George Harrison’s solos were, especially the harmonising on “And Your Bird Can Sing” I’m truly inspired to learn this riff now. You are a brilliant guitarist and thanks for the enlightenment!
Voce e muito bom!
You`re the best!
just… awesome!
actually george played the solo on let it be.
Well done! Thanks for posting.
Boy – would I love to have you as my lead guitarist in a band!!
Great Job – much appreciated. They all sound dead-on to me. Do you have tabs available?
george harrison plays the lead guitar on let it be…lennon was playing that fender bass VI.
you’re the best!
agreed.. all the bends done right!!
Thanks for letting us know what great lead guitar players the Beatles were. Great job man. It must take some time to get all those bends in the right places.
Absolutely fantastic!!!! Thanks for putting together such a nice video for all of us who want to play like George did….
And…YOU are quite something yourself on the guitar! Wow! You make it look easy but of course those leads are anything but….!
Great job on the Beatle songs Mateus. I enjoy your guitar playing very much. You should make more videos.
Also, your version of U2`s `I Still Haven`t Found
What I`m Looking For` is magnificen!!. The four singers are great! Especially Luana and Marcela!! I actually think Zawajus` version is better than U2`s original. I have listened to it a hundred times and never get tired of it.
Hope to see and hear more music from you.
Regards from California!!!
George always played what and how he wanted to play. You couldn`t stand between John and Paul for 14 years and be intimidated. Goerge was his own man.
Nicely done!
His is an Epiphone as well
correct
the song “Let It Be” was recorded in January 1969…BEFORE Abbey Road. That’s true. BUT! The guitar solo that is on the album version of the song (which is the version you’re playing the solo from) was RE-recorded on January 5, 1970. This is the same day Paul, George and Ringo also recorded “I Me Mine”. John was in Denmark, on holiday, and didn’t want to come back for the sessions.
Let it be was actually recorded BEFORE Abbey Road, which was in 1969.
